Introduction
What NaklaPay is, how the verification loop works and the three ways to start collecting with it.
4 min read
NaklaPay turns bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank confirmations into verified orders. A customer pays your own account, your phone forwards the confirmation SMS, and the platform matches that message to the order that is waiting for it.
It is automation software, not a payment gateway. Money never passes through NaklaPay, so there is no settlement delay, no withdrawal step and no custody of customer funds.
The loop
- Create a charge — from the dashboard, an invoice, a payment link or the API.
- The customer pays your gateway number and submits the TrxID on the hosted checkout.
- Your Android device forwards the confirmation SMS to your workspace using a device token.
- The parser extracts the amount, TrxID, sender and new balance. Balance must equal previous + amount.
- On a match the invoice is marked paid and a signed webhook fires to your endpoint.
- If no SMS has arrived yet, the payment is held as pending and can be approved or rejected later.
Three ways to start
Hosted checkout: create an invoice or a payment link and share it. No code, works from a phone.
API: create charges from your own website and listen for signed webhooks. Full copy-ready guides exist for PHP sites, Node.js apps and WordPress — no plugin required.
Demo: open the public demo checkout to watch a payment verify itself before you connect anything.
What you need
- A bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account in your own name (Personal, Agent or Merchant).
- An Android phone with an active SIM for each gateway number, running the NaklaPay forwarder.
- A workspace — hosted, or self-hosted on your own server.
The demo workspace ships with sample data so every screen is populated before your first real payment. Clear it from Settings whenever you are ready to go live.
